About the Event
Polework fun with Tamsin.
The session will involve a number of exercises over a variety of shapes and distances using ground poles. We hope to run in the outdoor arena but if the weather forecast is looking bad, we will relocate to the indoor arena to avoid cancelling. Poles can stay flat on the ground or be slightly raised – your choice.
Great fun for both rider and horse and excellent for building up stamina and strength.
